Check-in

We recommend that passengers arrive at the check-in counter at least 2.5 hours before scheduled departure, as check-in counters close no later than 50 minutes before departure.

Travel Documents

Passengers are personally responsible for carrying all necessary travel and identification documents for departure and entry. Please verify well in advance whether a visa is required for your destination country.

Passengers with Disabilities

Passengers with disabilities receive special assistance at the airport as well as on board. We provide wheelchairs, transport vehicles, and escort staff. We recommend that passengers requiring a wheelchair arrive at the check-in counter at least 150 minutes before departure.

Infants & Child Escort

International regulations for Unaccompanied Minors apply to children traveling without an adult. Please prepare yourself and your child carefully for the journey. Online booking for unaccompanied minors is not available.

• Children between 5 and 11 years old may travel without an accompanying person (at least 18 years old) using our escort service.
• Children between 3 and 5 years old must be accompanied by an escort (12–15 years old).
• Parents can also request an escort service for children between 12 and 18 years old.
